Terms of use

These terms are the agreement between you and midnite. By using the app you agree to them. If you have a question, email hello@midnite.fun.

Who can use midnite

• You must be 18 or over. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed.
• One account per person, in your own name, with a real date of birth.

How to behave

• No harassment, threats, hate, or sexual content without consent.
• No fake profiles, scams, spam or pretending to be someone else.
• No selling or promoting anything illegal, including drugs.
• Report anything that feels wrong. We can remove content, give strikes, stop you selling, or ban your account.

Ticket resale

• Tickets move only by the ticketing platform's official transfer. Screenshots, QR codes and PDFs are not allowed.
• Only list tickets you own and can transfer. Listings are shown cheapest first.
• The buyer's payment is held by midnite. The seller is paid no earlier than 24 hours after the event ends, and only if there is no open dispute.
• If a ticket does not arrive or does not work, the buyer can open a dispute before the payout. We look at the evidence and may refund the buyer.
• Sellers need a Stripe account to be paid. Any fees are shown before you pay or list.

Plans and split costs

midnite helps friends split costs. We do not lend money, offer credit or hold balances for you. Payments between friends go through Stripe.

Your content

You own what you post. You let us show it in the app to the people your settings allow, so midnite can work. You are responsible for what you post.

Our responsibility

Events, venues and ticket platforms are run by other people, and we are not responsible for them. We try to keep midnite running and safe but cannot promise it will always be available. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under UK law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes and law

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app first. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
