Quick answers

• Delete your account: open the app, go to settings, and choose delete account.
• Report someone or something: use the report option on the profile, plan, message, photo or listing. You can also block people from their profile.
• A ticket did not arrive: open a dispute from the order in the app before the seller is paid.
